Through M&M you'll be challenged to get creative, get active, and meditate. You'll be encouraged in our community to challenge your physical from through yoga and exercise. And all together you'll dive into self mastery in the mind and body, tapping in, reconnecting, and unleashing your illumination.

Course Summary
This is your container for manifestation, mastery, and mindset. You'll move through different embodiment practices and learning principles that keep both your mind and body engaged.
Mind and Movement Living Embodiment Workshop really is what's in the name!
We will be going through three subjects; mindset, mastery, and manifestation, pulling them all apart through soul intensives, mental wealth activators, heal your shit systems, embodiment practices, and movement meditations. We will be using our bodies and brains to fully honor and step into our most embodied life.
Okay, AMAZING?!? But what is all this stuff you are talking about? Lemme break it down for ya!
A Soul Intensive is where all the nitty gritty shit happens. In this container for about an hour I go into all the aspects of our topic and get serious with you on the ins and outs during this audio. This is the piece that gives you all you need to know.
A Mental Wealth Activator is your morning motivation so to speak. This is your hit you in the gut, get active, use that brain, and get moving dose of inspiration. This audio varies in length and can be a little as 5 mins, but I never know when to shut up so you are usually looking at longer.
Heal Your Shit Systems and Embodiment practices are two things I've done from the beginning. What good does a course do if it doesn't give you actual steps to take? And, goodness gracious, haven't you already filled 10 notebooks with notes you've taken from different courses? I know I have, which is why I began the HYSS and EP. These are just more note-taking guides. These are laid out directions to take your lessons into the physical form and use them to start recoding your truth and embodying your desires in the now.
Lastly, what's a Movement Meditation? Well, I don't know about you, but sitting there still for 20mins isn't my gig. Honestly every time I begin to meditate it's like I am called in a million different directions right? There's a lot of misnomers about meditation and I'll dive into some of them in this course, but really to put it simple, meditation isn't about silencing your mind, but tuning into your minds needs, and that means your bodies' needs too. A movement meditation is a guided meditation that has you participate not only in a body scan but in physical movement to keep your minds eye attached to growing and strengthening your intuition inside and out.
